Yes! We only offer 100% genuine and authentic perfumes.
All our decants are filled directly from original manufacturer bottles — we never sell fakes, copies, or “inspired” scents.
Unfortunately, no returns or refunds are accepted.
Since each sample/decant is made individually to order, it cannot be reused or resold for hygiene reasons.
We recommend trying smaller samples before purchasing a full-size bottle.
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Send us photos or a short video as proof, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit once verified.
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within:
1–3 working days in major cities
3–5 working days in other areas
