1. Authenticity Guarantee
At theperfumelauncher, we stand by the authenticity and quality of every product we sell.
All perfumes, decants, and samples offered on our website are 100% original, sourced directly from genuine manufacturer bottles and hand-decanted with care.
Please understand that perfume appreciation is deeply personal — everyone’s skin chemistry, climate, and preferences differ.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will love every fragrance you order. What smells great on one person might not smell the same on another.
2. No Returns or Refunds
Since all of our decants and samples are made individually to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
Perfume products are considered personal-use items, and for hygiene and contamination reasons, we cannot resell returned items.
All sales are final, and we appreciate your understanding.
We strongly encourage customers to try smaller samples or decants before purchasing larger quantities, especially if you are unsure about a fragrance.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely. However, if your item arrives damaged or leaked, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
A product is considered damaged if it arrives:
- Broken, cracked, or shattered
- Leaking or missing a significant portion of the liquid
- Severely dented or crushed in a way that affects usability
To process your claim, please send clear photos or videos of the damaged item along with your order number to our customer service team.
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on stock availability.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided that preparation has not yet begun.
Once a decant has been prepared, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong fragrance or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will verify the issue and send the correct item or replace it at no extra cost once confirmed.
Important Notes
- Fragrance performance may vary depending on skin type, weather, and body chemistry — this is not a defect.
- Color, packaging, or bottle design may vary slightly from images shown online due to manufacturer updates or decanting variations.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
